Short Breaks, also known as respite care, provide children and young people with opportunities to spend time away from their primary carers.
The Young Crisis Hub offers an innovative and evidence-based therapeutic model derived from a nuanced understanding of healthy childhood development, relational neuroscience, and the impacts of trauma and attachment.
Emphasising the importance of improving outcomes for children and young people, the Young Crisis Hub ensures theory translates effectively into practice with clear goal-directed implementation ‘road maps’, and robust review processes. Through blending social and medical models of care, the Young Crisis Hub aims to successfully and efficiently support children and young people back onto their appropriate developmental pathway, to achieve their full potential.
We are a multi-disciplinary group of professionals who care deeply about making a difference in young lives. From frontline carers to senior clinicians, each team member is trained in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming practice – and shares our commitment to compassionate, consistent care.
