Art therapy is tailored to each client and scheduled to meet their individual needs. We offer remote sessions that can be accessed from the comfort of your own home.

Like other forms of therapy, art therapy can support clients in understanding and managing emotional difficulties and distress. The inclusion of art-making offers an additional dimension—allowing clients to slow down and engage in ‘play’ within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship.

Yes, we provide in-home practical support to work directly with families in their own environment. We also offer outreach and community engagement to help young people and families build wider support networks.

Each support plan is co-created with professionals, families, and the young person themselves to ensure it’s meaningful, relevant, and effective. We tailor interventions based on individual circumstances, needs, and goals, working collaboratively to address the specific challenges each family faces.

Support packages are flexible and designed around each family’s needs. The duration depends on individual circumstances and progress towards goals. Our approach adapts as needs change over time.
